Delivery times 

Standard shipping

After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7-12 days to arrive at their destination. However, this can occasionally take longer due to customs and other regulatory checks. In rare cases, it can take up to 35 days for items to arrive. If your order takes longer than 25 business days to arrive, you can contact us and we will do our best to take the necessary steps to take care of the issue. Please note that a refund will not be issued due to shipping delays beyond our control.    

Priority Shipping

We are getting a high volume of orders every single day. Priority Shipping ensures that your order is prioritized and dispatched from our warehouses ASAP. We charge a fee of $5.99 for Priority shipping on every order, regardless of order value.

What is Item Processing Time?

The Item Processing Time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching your order. After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction. This can involve detailed in-house checks: material quality, zippers, seams, embellishments and motifs, interiors, lining, etc. The total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design, and size of the specific product or article. Larger orders will naturally take longer. The average processing time is approximately 4 business days; however, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes high demand items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take between 5-10 business days to process and dispatch. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays. Thank you for your patience.

How do I track my parcel?

When we have dispatched your order, you will receive a shipping notification email with an order link to track your order's progress. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page. You will also receive an SMS message when your order is out for delivery, if a mobile phone number was provided.  Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to show.

What if I receive a faulty item?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team via customercare@graces-secret.com and provide the order number and item number from your original confirmation email so we can assist you. We'll either offer a new product to replace the faulty product received or initiate a full refund. Return items will be credited to the original form of payment.
